The restaurant dishes are set on a slate. There is no fixed list. Franck cook everyday new recipes, following his mood, what he finds on the local market. Most of our products come from locals (meat, bread, croissants, cheeses, vegetables and fruits).
Depending on the weather, diner can be served inside or on the terrace
Recipes came from Traditionally Home French Cuisine in which he added his own personal secret touch customising flavors, spices, herbs, …Every recipe is renewed at every batch.
