Our aim to make your stay as enjoyable as possible and we hope to see you again and you recommend family and friends to visit us.
This room booklet is to give you some recommendations to make everyone’s visit an enjoyable experience.
Your enjoyment and requirements are important to us, so please ask and we will try to oblige.
If you have any question please don’t hesitate to ask.
Suggestions to improve our service are most welcome.

Schedule
Hotel reception and main entrance are open from 7:00 am till 2:00 pm and from 5:00 pm till 10:00 pm. Except on friday from 7:00 am till 12:00. Main entrance is locked after 10 pm and a digit code is available to open from reception
Rooms are available from 5:00 pm (earlier upon request).
We ask you to vacate your room on departure day before 10:00 am (covid 19 protocol). Thank you.
Breakfast is served from 7:30 am till 9:30 am (8:30 am till 9:30 am on Saturdays, Sundays, mondays and public holidays). The room is closed at 10:00 am.
Dinner is served from 7:00 à 8:30 pm (time of arrival).
If you wish to dine with us please book/reserve on arrival to avoid disappointment.

Rooms are entirely furnished and equipped “ready to live”. Rates include laundry supply, bath and toilet products, daily cleaning service. Each stay is due for its contractual duration whenever you left earlier.
Rates include:
- all taxes, except city tax.
- Daily fresh towels and bed sheets if needed (put them on the floor) or at least every 3 days.
- Room basic Insurance cover (water destruction, fire, glass break) but doesn’t include insurance for the customer goods.

Rates only include services and products mentioned in the reservation confirmation. Customers will be charged on the bill for extras services asked during the stay (drinks and meals, bike rentals, museum tickets, …) and the city tax

Room service of breakfast: 5,00 euros extra charge per person (same schedule)

From 5 pm till 7 pm, drinks can be served to customers. Pricelist is available in the Salons.

Salons and garden corners are made for reading, listening to music, playing, having rest, during reception opening hours. Enjoy them!
Information about outside activities
A stand is at the reception area. It contains many brochures about what to do and where in our countryside. Don’t hesitate to help yourself regarding your points of interest
Your Hosts are also a bottomless mine of further and more qualified information. Tell us what you are looking for (tides, restaurants, bike trips, walk, movie theatre, swimming pools and water resorts, …)
We also can provide you with a map that would keep all this information for further use.
Terms and conditions :
All facility buildings are non-smoking, including electronic cigarettes. Only outside spaces are available for smoking. Ashtrays are widely available.
Animals are not allowed.
Hotel DOMAINE DU PRIEURE will not be held responsible of any belongings of customers left in the rooms. The room and its furniture is insured against fire, robbery, glass breaking and water damages. Goods and values of customers are not guaranteed by this contract. The hotel recommends particularly to insure for themselves and people travelling with them, all luggage, goods, values, against loss or theft. A civil responsibility insurance is also recommended to everyone.
The guests must respect the quietness of other guests at all times.
siblings’ guests in the hotel are responsible to the adult accompanying them at all times. Guests are responsible for their own acts and omissions.
The arrangement and equipment of the rooms can’t be modified, in any way. It is also unadvised to move any piece of furniture, to bring any new equipment in the room, without the hotel management agreement.
The cleaning is assured every day and after departure of guests. It is unadvised for guests to repair any object or device. In case of breakage/damage on furniture, linen, carpet, please contact the reception.
Bills must be paid in Euros.
Hotel DOMAINE DU PRIEURE only accept these credit cards: Visa and Mastercard.
Guests who have to cut short their stay will be charged at the hotel’s discretion, full rate for all days that have been booked.
